In 2000, our community was formed as an HOA from what was a prior motel in Jax Beach. We have seen growth in the surrounding community that puts our 30 unit complex right in the heart of the fun. With Jax Beach to our south, and Atlantic Beach to our north, we are uniquely positioned right between all the fun and excitement of beach life.
Our two property addresses:
221 N. 13th Avenue & 222 N. 14th Avenue

As part of the Association's ongoing maintenance program, a pressure washing project is scheduled for Wednesday, July 22, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. for the interior of the condo. This important maintenance project is part of the Association's ongoing commitment to preserving the appearance of the community, enhancing curb appeal, and protecting the long-term value of our property.
Prior to the start of the project, we kindly ask that all homeowners remove any personal property from the exterior of their condominium units, including all door mats. To allow staff to perform the work safely and efficiently, any personal items remaining within the common area when the project begins will be disposed of prior to the commencement of the work. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in helping ensure the project proceeds on schedule.
Following the completion of the pressure washing project, we kindly ask that only Association-approved rubber door mats be placed outside of your unit. During future community inspections, any non-compliant door mats may be subject to a courtesy notice requesting their removal.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. Projects such as these play an important role in protecting property values, enhancing curb appeal, and maintaining the beautiful appearance of your community. We truly appreciate everyone's assistance in making this improvement project a success.
PBH is providing one visitor placard (per unit Owner) to place in a car for your visitor parking, much like other communities and municipalities. Without a placard, non-visitor vehicles will be subject to immediate towing and if members abuse the visitor placard for second vehicles you will be fined the maximum pursuant to the Rules & Regs for the community.
For years visitor parking has not been available for member visitors, as the HOA could not identify real guests versus non-guests (or members who are parking a second car).
If you are parking your second vehicle, golf cart, or other in a visitor spot currently – time is running out to find a storage option or just park it on the street going forward.
Ask Interlaced (HOA Company) how to receive yours or get with Trish in the community; she has the actual placards.
